Cake & Cash Curatorial Collective
The Cake & Cash Curatorial Collective is a feminist exchange and exhibition project that occupies the HFBK gallery in the winter semester 20/21 and uses it as a research lab. The aim is to create more visibility for the often unseen work of FLINT*people as artists and curators. More info: https://hfbk-hamburg.de/de/hochschule/einrichtungen/galerie-der-hfbk/galerie-programm/
For the annual exhibition, Cake & Cash has issued a call for unfinished works, concept sketches, interim statuses, material samples, ongoing research, texts, wall newspapers of all genres by FLINT* students. The focus is on the unseen work that is immanent to and accompanies artistic production: Preparation, processes of creation, care work.
