The writing of grant applications will be discussed and practiced in this workshop: How to present your request in a comprehensible way, stay within the framework of the call for proposals and keep your individual way of expressing yourself; how to deal with the indeterminable?
In the main part of the workshop, the participants present their own grant applications, which the group responds to with constructive criticism. The revised versions will be discussed again and the group will reflect on how the respective revision went.
The goal of the two-day workshop is to show integral strategies for the presentation of artistic projects.
Prerequisite for participation is a (possibly fictitious, related to a specific call for proposals) elaborated draft of a grant application, including a portfolio, which must be brought along as a PDF file at the beginning of the course.
Registration (for max. 10 participants*) at swaantje.benson@hfbk.hamburg.de
Workshop places will be allocated according to the order of registrations.
This workshop is aimed at students in their final year and graduates up to 5 years after graduation
