Students must have suitable health, liability and accident insurance and be registered in the crisis prevention list of the Federal Foreign Office “Elefand” of the Federal Republic of Germany in order to participate in the exchange. The HFBK Hamburg works closely with the Goethe-Institut in Lagos.
