The cross-university project Pro Exzellenzia lead accompanies and supports highly qualified female* academics in planning their career paths in good time with the aim of effectively and sustainably increasing the proportion of women in management and leadership positions. It offers a comprehensive qualification program for this purpose: scholarship and workshop program, practice transfer formats, lecture and cooperation events and consulting.

The project runs from 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2028 and is funded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Equality and the European Social Fund (ESF).
