Registration

Registration is required to borrow media. To do so, you must fill out a library card at the library, which also serves as acceptance of the library’s user regulations. Students must also present a valid enrollment certificate.

Loan periods and renewals

Books: 21 days

DVDs: 7 days

The number of items that can be borrowed is limited to ten.

The loan period for media can be extended by two to three weeks, provided that the items have not been reserved. Renewals can be made in person, by telephone, or by email.

Reservations

Borrowed books can be reserved. You will be notified by email when the book arrives. The books will be available for collection for one week.

Late fees

Late fees are charged if the loan period is exceeded. According to the fee schedule, these are per loan slip or signature:

• from the 1st week: €1.11

• from the 2nd week: 2.22 euros additional

• from the 3rd week: 5.55 euros additional

• from the 5th week: 11.10 euros additional

• up to a maximum of 18.98 euros / medium
