HFBK students can apply twice a year for an exchange semester with the Art School Alliance (ASA). The 14 international ASA partner universities are among the most renowned art schools in the world.

HFBK students will have the unique opportunity to experience life and work at another art academy for theirselves, to get to know new perspectives, artistic practices, social systems and cultures and to (further) develop theirselves and their work. In the course of their stay they will build international friendships and networks beyond the “art academy cosmos” and maybe even foster and practice international understanding and cooperation in the long term.
