After your application at HFBK Hamburg has been approved by your home university's institutional coordinator (International Office) and departmental coordinator (Professor), please pursue the following steps to complete your application:
Step 1

Please fill in and submit the electronic Erasmus application form »
Please ask your home institution to send the letter of confirmation of your Erasmus application to HFBK Hamburg.
Step 2
until April 30, 2012

We will send you a confirmation whether you have been accepted. It will include useful information for your stay, such as details about accommodation and language courses.

- Application Deadline for accommodation via the Studierendenwerk (students' union) is June 30, 2012. The rent for rooms will be 250 to 300 Euro per month. Please send or e-mail the completed form to internationaloffice@hfbk.hamburg.de

Please enroll during the first week of October after payment of the required contributions.
